Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery We offer the following delivery options for UK orders:

  • Express Delivery — 1–2 business days

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel may be held at a local depot or returned to us. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Re-delivery charges may apply for returned parcels.
