Returns & Refunds Policy

At SugarPlugSweetsLtd, we want you to love every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of food and confectionery products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, partially consumed, or are no longer in their original sealed packaging, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or consumed food products
  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
